Lochlyn Hill – Phase 2 is Coming Along

If you’ve been though Lochlyn Hill lately, you’ve noticed that the landscape is changing – a lot. There’s been a lot of dirt moving getting ready for the next phase of homes in Phase 2!

 

 

Lochlyn Hill – 10.9.16 – progress remains steady as we dodged Hurricane Matthew. Sediment facility #3 and #4 are installed and fully operational. Since the last post we have been focused on clearing and grading. Yes, that is Phase 1 that you can see in the background. Our residents are looking forward to new neighbors in Phase 2.
