Tom is a native Virginian and returned to Charlottesville to join Evergreen Builders in 2018 after building a division for one of the nation’s largest home builders in South Florida. Bringing over 14 years of experience in the homebuilding industry, Tom is excited to join Evergreen and add his knowledge to an excellent company that builds a phenomenal home with great care for the customer. Throughout his career, Tom has managed sales and construction of over 1,000 homes. Tom is excited to be a part of something as special as Lochlyn Hill where a customer has such variety of choice in Architecture.
